Lipo Abdominoplasty is a technique of tummy tuck that uses both traditional removal of skin and liposuction at the same time. This newer approach to the problem of excess fat and skin around the abdomen and flanks has several advantaes over the older methods. First, the results are so much better, with the remaining abdominal tissue being thinner and contoured. There are also fewer complications of fluid accumulation and wound healing problems.
